When you’re living your purpose, everything you need will be provided, but it’s worth noting that there’s a distinct difference between the words “need” and “want”! Often what they think they need is really not a need at all; it’s really just something they want. It’s a reflection of our culture that a great many things that are, in fact, luxuries, are considered to be needs. For example, let’s say you’re laid-off, and you don’t have a job. You are still able to be of service, but because you don’t have a job, things seem upside-down.
My advice to anyone in this position is to go and find a place where you can be of service. Look for places where you can volunteer your services and be involved in something you feel passionate about. If you’re passionate about children, volunteer to work in a charity shop
that raises funds for causes related to children; if you’re passionate about animals, volunteer to help out at your local animal shelter or rescue center. When you get involved in doing something, whatever you need will show up. When you’re doing something you feel
passionate about, the things you need will begin to come your way.
